Molecular and cell biology researchers and students - did you know you Monash University Library provides access to the Cold Spring Harbor (CSH) Protocols online, containing over 3000 protocols presented in a consistent, step-by-step, easy-to-follow format? 




CSH Protocols are a definitive, interactive source of new and classic research techniques, in a database fully searchable by keyword and subject, with many novel features such as discussion forums and personal folders.

Founded in 1890, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is renowned for its teaching of biomedical research techniques, providing a definitive source of research methods in cell, developmental and molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, protein science, computational biology, immunology, neuroscience and imaging.

The step-by-step instructions for experimental procedures include detailed recipes, cautions, and troubleshooting tips.
